Q. Why does the quantity change back to a lower number when I try to update the amount of an item I want in the shopping cart?

A. Our shopping cart will automatically reduce the amount you're allowed to purchase of a particular item to match the amount we have in stock. This way, you get everything you order and no one's caught off guard! 


Q. What is your return policy?

A. We only accept returns if one or more of the following occurs:

•  If you have received the item damaged.
•  If the color of the item is not the one you ordered.
•  Or if you received different merchandise than what you ordered.

Because we cannot allow refunds for clothing that does not fit, please take extra care in noting the size of each item before placing your order.

**Please note, we can process a full refund if the item has not yet shipped; however, once the item is shipped and it updates accordingly on the webpage, we are unable to process a full refund from that point, unless the consumer sends the package back to us undamaged.


IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A REFUND

If you meet the above requirements for a refund, please be advised:

We will refund you the shipping costs ONLY if you ship it via standard air mail. Any other shipping methods/ courier services will be at the consumer's expense.


I WOULD LIKE TO GO THROUGH WITH MY REFUND

Please take the following steps to start your refund process:

1) Send us an email at bailey@petitestreet.com that includes your name, order ID #, and the reason you would like to return said item. Upon receiving and reviewing your email, we are more than happy to assist you further.
2) After we have received the refunded item(s), our consumers can:

•  Request to have the total amount of the product(s) be refunded
•  Exchange the refunded product(s) for a non-defective one(s)
•  Allow an exchange for a different product (of the same price / lesser value)
